In January of 2009 there were 5 homes that closed within the month for Ashland MA. This is an decrease of 2 units as there were 7 homes that closed in January of 2008.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Ashland for January of 2008 was $488,486

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Ashland for January of 2009 was $373,320

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Ashland for January of 2008 was $470,676

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Ashland for January of 2009 was $365,400

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Ashland in January of 2008 was 128 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Ashland January of 2009 was 147 days.

These statistics are contrary to many of the towns in Metrowest MA. Ashland has not taken as drastic a hit as some of the surrounding towns.
