The 19th annual Rural Summit will be held in Clemson Feb. 22-24 at the Conference Center and Inn. The goal of the summit, hosted by the S.C. Department of Commerce, is to ignite discussion on ways the state's rural communities can make their county or municipality more attractive for business development
