Sandra, all of New Haven is a Targeted area for CHFA which means that ANYONE can purchase a house there with a CHFA Loan even if they are not a first time home buyer as long as it will be the only house that they presently will own. GOOD LUCK!!!!
Don - Thank you, actually the homeowner will be doing the baking. I will be doing the eating : )
Barbara - I hoping we have bright sunny skies this weekend. We have been getting lots of snow this winter, which has been making open house turn outs lower than usual. Buyers seems to be getting restless so I'm hoping that they come out in droves.
