Drayton Tower Update
The main lobby to the building is finished, furnished and fantastic. With the original Terrazzo marble floor gleaming along with the complementary mahogany paneling, Drayton Tower now has the Wow! entrance that befits the building. The two passenger elevators have been renovated to match the style of the lobby.
The building now has a full complement of retail stores, a hair salon, an apothecary, a bakery/café, a wine bar, and Mopper-Stapen's Condo Place office. On the third floor an architect's office occupies two corners, and an insurance company is on the south side of the building. Both offices feature stunning design and materials in their build-out.
The build-out of residential condos on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors are well advanced and the building's first residents moved in last month. There are eight residences on each of these floors, and while the interior designs are all quite different they each reflect the mid-century character of the building. Prices for finished units start at $325,000.
Elsewhere in the building work is well advanced on seventh floor residences and the eighth floor construction is at the framing stage. This is an excellent time to look at ‘raw space' investment opportunities on higher floors; prices have never been more competitive.
Please call or e-mail me for additional information or come back and take a new look at the project if you have not seen its progress in a while.
