Hi Everyone!

Mitch from The eHomes Realty Network here.  There has been a lot of conversation both on here, with my members and other blogs around the country on drip campaigns.  Most of the campaigns out there are information that is just not important to the customer.  Then, when the customer uses another Agent, the Realtor gets upset.  The most important part of your drip campaign is to keep it simple and useful.  It must be relevant.  Below is a quick exchange from one of our drips.  Keep them short and sweet and you will reap the benefits!  The drip is on the bottom, the response is on top.  If you need any help or have any questions about drip campaigns, feel free to contact me.  Have a fun night!

Hi Julie,

Thanks you so very much for the information. I will certainly put them to good use.. You're sure making it hard for me to use someone else.... (just joking) your the best - Thanks alots

All the best,
Marcie

Hi Michael!  I'm not sure what you mean?  Are you asking me if they pay me for recommending them to everyone?  Not at all.  I am a huge fan who generated almost 250 sales last year from Homegains' BuyerLink program.  Believe me, I'm amazed how great it works too.  I wouldn't be doing my members or anyone else a benefit if I didn't share my success with thier program.  With that said, I am a reseller of their product and pass half my commissions on to my members of my Network.  I became a reseller because I believe so strongly in the product.  I have a lot of companies that contact me about reselling thier products, but I can't market anything I haven't been successful with myself.  If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
