This is a very easy salsa recipe and it tastes great.  If you use chips with salt, the sweet and salty combination is a knock out.

EASY PINEAPPLE SALSA

1 8 oz. jar mild prepared salsa

1 cup chopped, fresh cilantro

1 tomato, chopped

1 green onion, chopped

1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

IN A MEDIUM BOWL, THOROUGHLY COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. REFRIGERATE AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE SERVING.

ENJOY!!!!

Looks interesting.

Have you ever tried making Jezebel sauce for an open house?

It's a spicy pineapple/apple sauce that's a Louisiana tradition.  I just went ahead and posted a recipe (everyone has their own - it's one of those kinds of things).

Tricia,

I love spicy.  I will have to get the recipe and use it at my next broker open.  Thanks for sharing it with me.

Sounds great, I love cilantro, I  might try this for my family, I don't know if I woud serve it at an open house, salsa can get messy and I would be afraid of it getting all over the place.  Thanks for the receipe!
