Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Rent On Long Island
Several sources have stated that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have rented the Sassafras Estate located in Llyod Harbor. The 48-acre estate features 22,000-square-feet, 8-bedroom, 12-bathroom Tudor-style main house, a separate 6-bedroom guest house, an 11-bedroom staff house, two helipads and a private dock on Long Island Sound. It sits next to the 1500 acre Caumsett State Park.
It is said they will be moving in to the Estate in March. Jolie will be filming a spy thriller called Salt at several locations on Long Island.
The Waterfront Estate which was listed for sale in 2006 for $60 million dollars according to one of my favorite web sites Luxist. Yearly taxes were $195,000...Is this with or without the Basic Star Program? Sources have said the homeowner turned down a $50 million dollar offer.
We will sure keep a look out for them in Huntington Village. Who knows you may be eating dinner next to them one night at one of the trendy hot spots. So keep your eyes peeled!
