Thanks Doug for the question -

We haven't seen the down turn in the market like other areas of the country. I think the residential numbers reflect this - while the number of property sales are down some what from the last year, we've still closed over $13 million in business as a Board.

Our prices have leveled off a little but over all have remained steady.

We run into a problem when a property is contingent on another piece in the west coast selling. Then more times then not our Missouri property will not sell due to the west coast property not selling.

How are things in Georgia?
