One of the most often discussed neighborhoods in our office and in conversations with buyers and sellers is Ox Bottom Manor in the Northeast quadrant of the Tallahassee real estate market. This popular Tallahassee neighborhood features homes which are typically 4 bedrooms and run on average between 2,000 and 3,000 square feet.
The northeast side of town represents roughly 50% of the homes sold last year in the Tallahassee housing market, and Ox Bottom Manor is nestled right in the midst of the northeast.
