I would like to go ahead and apologize to any one who reads this. I have had this Active Rain account for months and have yet to really take the time to learn how to use it. So today is the day that I have dedicated myself to sitting down at the computer and learning how to use Active Rain. I just wrote this really nice blog about the market in my area and it got lost in cyber space. So until I figure out how this works, I'm going to keep these short. Robert I always write my posts in word or Nvu and then cut and past, that way I have a backup copy saved to my computer. That's the first step. Because I remember the rant of loosing my first post I'd worked so hard to write.

And to get actively involved here, you have to go out and read other's posts and comment. Eventually they will come and comment back and you will build some great on line relationships with folks throughout the country and stop by the office anytime and I'll give the the short 101 AR class. I spend too much time here, but it's a wonderful resource.
