January 2009 MLS Market Reports - Sales, Dollars, Mediun Home Price - Off 50% !!!

Oahu's Headlines today - HOME PRICES OFF 50% !!!

Big Island Report shows similar numbers - we are off by 47% (Hawaii Island )

Kailua Kona shows 65% Decline. 7 homes sold for January 2009, VS 20 homes sold in 2008 - and that was a terrible year.
