Andrew - I heard about Twitter a few weeks ago. I thought when I joined I would really understand what it is. Could you please tell me what it's meant for?

Thank you for the comment...sure. Twitter is like a big social gathering, you just visit the site whenever you have time, see what your friends are talking about and add your $.02 by replying to them. That's really all it is. Just like a real social gathering, it's a great place to network with other like minded people, make business deals and (as this video showed) find potential clients for your real estate business. 

Originally it was used to "update" people on what you were doing, but people soon realized it was no fun to follow 1,000 people's trips to the grocery store. So instead, it's a community, a place to connect with others.
