The latest news continues to leave mixed emotions for readers. Consumers remain leery in both buying and selling homes. The good news is Dallas is a lot better off than most of the rest of the country. The bad news is the continued negative coverage of the real estate market. The list below is just something I've compile of the latest happenings in regards to the Dallas Fort Worth real estate market. The list includes tidbits on both the commercial and residential industry. Real estate agents are "professionals" for a reason; the media are not. That's not to say to writers I'm presenting aren't credible , but just think about it. Keep in mind some sources that the media use aren't always credible sources. Enjoy.
