Pam ~ Advertising a "Idaho Short Sale Home of the Week" is a terrific idea. There are many buyers looking solely at these types of properties. Way to stay on top of things.

I think this is a great series too... and I love the fireplace and built-in bookshelves.

Pam, it'a great idea to advertise these deals. Several of my clients have been specifically looking for these types of transactions (though they're too far to commute to you!).
