How is the Kalispell market these days? Things are pretty slow here in Sandpoint. (Skiing has been great, though...and plenty of time to ski, too...since I'm not writing too many offers).

The list price is 279,900 minus your rent credits minus your down. Absolutely beautiful home. My market is incredible. My rent to own business is exploding all over the country. Everyone of course wants to rent to own. Are you interested in the house?
