I'd like to share with you my recent experience buying and selling homes for buyers and sellers. First let me start by saying that I find it to be very busy do you? Buyers are out there buying homes which is GREAT lets get our economy moving. Every time there are multiple offers. I was involved in three myself just within a week there where two bids on each one. But let me talk about today. Nothing special just a 2 bedroom townhouse in a very good condition though. Anyhow my buyer making an offer and I proceed to present the offer to the homeowners at which time the listing agent is telling me that there are two additional offer and one of them is cash. We negotiate back and forth luckily for me the sellers accepted my offer. The message is lets get the word out in our community real estate is happening so lets get busy. Good luck to all.
