The numbers are in, and we actually l have a local  rise in home sales for the month of December. Typically the holidays are a slow time of year, so even though  there was only as 6% increase in  sales, any increase raises hopes that this is a sign that the real estate market in Orange County is on the rebound.

The question on many residential home buyers and investors minds is, have we reached the bottom of the market? This is a difficult question to answer. What does the bottom of the market mean to you? Cheaper sales prices? Better loan options? More selection of homes and neighborhoods to choose from?
