Iwanted to share with you guys my success after implementing some Web 2.0 Strategies. These are google images I snagged.
I have been sampling with Web 2.0 and Video and have been able to capture front page of google in under 12 hours with videos of my listings. I am no pro so I know that if I can do it anyone can. If your not using Web 2.0 you need to start. I would recommend taking your home tour videos, or even pictures made into a video. Then putting them through the 2.0 process. If you follow the correct procedures you can have your home tours on the front page of google OVERNIGHT.
As Realtors we need every tool possible on our side for keeping our heads above water during these interesting times.
I think if you listen to some of the real internet pro's here at active rain you can probably catch google front page in under 6 hours...
