What can I "bring to the table"?

I am holding a seminar in my office on 2/12/09 for agents that I work with, have worked with or hope to work with in the future. I am bringing in an expert in another filed that may help them "get buyers off the fence" or better qualify buyers at their open houses.  I have found that it is hard for agents to hear over and over from vendors asking for their business- especially if they do not have any business right now.  So I will be different.  What can I do to earn a realtors business? What can I offer them to  help educate them or encourage them? So far this year, my personal coach has done a one hour session at a local brokers office (I brought the food) and on the 12th, a lender expert in FHA will come explain all the new rules and guidleines.  FHA has never been utilized where we do business but with the higher loan amounts and lower property values, it is now something we all beed to know about.  So any realtors out there have any more ideas for me? I am an escrow officer who wants to help my realtors.  They have supported me in good times and in bad times for 27 years.  So I really want to stay in touch and offer something of value to them.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  And God Bless all of you out there! I REALLY believe it will get better sooner than we expected- hang in there!
