Kristin - Glad you like the kitchen.  The retro look is alive and well in Port A.  

Your parents were in good company.  We've had lots of people enjoying the mild weather in recent weeks.  We need rain, but sunny days in Feb are always welcome.  It's hard to believe that spring break starts in four weeks.  That kicks off the tourist season in earnest. KM

Ceil likes the kitchen also but best of all the screened porch is another good feature. These are perfect and will sell quickly I'm sure.

Dale, Carl & Ceil  Thanks for the positive comments on these new homes.  We're excited and they have already generated a lot of interest.  Once people see the central location, they should really catch on.  Leave the car in the garage and hop on a bike.
