I'm a freak for "trust'n and verify'n".  I'm a control freak, and I admit that.  Today, while scouring the internet (Twitter), I followed a link from @mashable and led me to a killer blog post with a tool that lets check the net for your listings.

Go to http://www.intlistings.com/realestatemarketingreport/ and put in the address of your listing, and let it work it magic.

It's fun AND it keeps you in control, while verifying your online marketing efforts.

As I'm sitting here quietly (NOT) bemoaning the fact that I'm changing prices everywhere, you come along and point me to something that at least reminds me where they are all!  Thanks :)

Clever tool. A bit misunderstood by the Mashable reporter though - remember that syndicating to about half of these sites won't actually improve your SEO.

Hey David!

Thanks for the insight.  Love the tool to play with though and gives me some checklists to go off of.

Hi,  Google shakes things up.  Good reason to not make google your only lead generation game.  I am sure they will be back, they are very seo focused.  Good thing is that local agents can own the number one spot for their city real estate with hard work and lots of good content.  Thanks for the heads up.

Very interesting way for International Properties to drum up business. My listings are syndicated to all of these site but don't show when I run them through their system. It is a fun tool though.

Thanks I checked a few. Some of the ones that showed it wasn't showing actually were. Of course I didn't check all of them but the one's I did and went to the site actually were there.

299.00 is way to much to post a listing there. But a fun tool none the less.

What Trulia shake-up?

Now that is wicked awesome! I just sent links to one of my sellers, of several sites where I knew their house was listed. But these are sites I've discovered over time. This will make it SO much easier! =D
