CLINTONVILLE MARKET REPORT JANUARY 2009

12 Homes sold in January 2009 in Clintonville. The average sold price was $179,550 with the days on market being 124 days. This compares to 19 homes selling in the same period of 2008. The average price in 2008 was $192,592 with the days on market being 74.

The highest price in January 08 was $402,000, while in Jan. 09 it was $304,900

Fewer sales, lower average sold price and more days on market is NOT the way we wanted to start 2009!
