Wake County has seen consistent appreciation for the last 9 out of 10 years. Only in the last year did we see a slight drop, less than 1.5%. In a time when many homeowners have been on an equity roller coaster, residents of Wake County have seen stable, consistent growth. Naturally some neighborhoods and new developments have seen variations in these numbers as the above chart is an average for the whole county.
