CENTRAL OHIO MARKET REPORT JANUARY 2009

598 Homes sold in Franklin and Delaware county , Ohio in January 2009.

The average sold price was $151,403, with the days on the market being 97

This compares to 948 homes that closed in the same period of 2008. The average sold price was $161,623, days on the market was 105.

This shows a huge decrease in sales with the price going down over $10,000. Hopefully things will improve in Febuary 2009!
