Victoria BC Real Estate Single Family Home Sales are Warming, as we start 2009
MLS Home Sales in Victoria BC Fred Carver

A total of 247 homes and other properties sold in January through the Victoria Real Estate Board’s Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) up slightly from the 239 sales in December. There were 464 sales in January of last year.

The Total MLS Sales for January in Victoria= $104,025,990, with a Single Home average selling price Down Slightly to $526,148. Source VREB

Currently we have a 9 month supply with only 1488 Single Family Homes For Sale throughout Greater Victoria and the Surrounding Area.

Fred, I just clicked on your photo. You've got a great website. I love how it's organized. Very easy for real estate consumers to find what they need on your site. You need a little icon on your photo that says "Click Here" or "Enter" or something as I never would have thought to click on your photo.

Hi Gail...At First I was only interested in AR pointing to my web site, Then Bill Gasett pointed out once where's your web site. So Now I add my web site address's above the photo too.

Hi Teri...I think you referring to the Photo with my web site link?...Just Highlight the photo, then go to link Button on the AR tool bar and put in your link address.
