Customer Service IS What We Do!
Our firm had our annual meeting last week where we were honored for various achievements and were met with new challanges for the upcoming year. The Maxwell House Group received four different awards and we were SO very proud--we received the Bank of America, 'Referral Award' as we do refer a large number of clients to BOA and we did so more than others in our office in 2008, so BOA honored us for this one. Our team won the highest sales team for our office and we also won the Silver Sales individual and team awards.
However, the most important award that we received is the Platinum Level Customer Service Award. To me, that IS what we do and of all of the goals that we aspired to achieve in 2008, this is, by FAR, the most coveted that we achieved.
I don't like to 'brag' about sales awards or being a Top Producing agent for X number of years in a row--those things are not going to do anything for my clients right now! What is important to our clients is that we give them A+ customer service and that we are held accountable by a third party firm for doing so!
I'd like to share with you a recent letter and survey that we received today regarding one of our team member's Quality Service Satisfaction Survey. I'm enormously proud of my partners and Edna is simply an amazing woman whom I adore and am so thankful that she is a part of our organization.
