Teri - It was from our recent trip to Florida, for I'm missing the warm weather. We are in a cold spell again -6 this morning.

Kate - I got lucky, had to wait awhile for him to take off, put it was worth it. So you are a fellow Nutmegger, where in Connecticut?

Marian - Thank you, actually it is the sunrise...had to get up very early in the morning. ugh

My Jen - It is me too. Nothing makes me happier than soaring over the open water, with the sun sparkling off the water like diamonds and the tips of my wings gently touching the waves . Glad you are joining me, now let's go fly. MWA

You captured that photo at just the right moment. If the bird was further away or in front of the sun, it wouldn't have been as dramatic.
