With all these buyers that want to purchase homes, how do they get them financed?

This is a question that is flying around the World of Real Estate. No matter where your trying to sell Real Estate people are waiting in line to purchase a home. The biggest problem is no lenders want to finance them.

All the lenders come around like (Sharks) with their statements I can get you financed. Then after everything is said and done the loan officer/ lender says sorry we can't get you financed.

Now after about 4-5 of these encounters and running their credit the buyers credit scores have dropped and their looking at high interest rates that they can't afford.

What are some answers to my question?

How can we help some of these clients get financed to purchase these homes on the market?

The country is in some very terrible times right now and there has to be a way to get some clients into these empty homes that have been on the market forever!

I look forward to reading your comments.

And I would love to get a home buyer into this home!        Robert Swetz

Even with the ones that can get financed we run into being little mini investigators/inspectors.  Does the house have Kitec Plumbing?  Is there a non-permitted addition to the home?  No stove, crud!  Mold?  Run for your lives!  Just because a client is financeable doesn't mean the house is!!

I think the most essential thing in this market is to align yourself with a great lender who knows their products and updates you on guideline changes frequently.
