You know... I really prefer the $300 - $750K range, but I would certainly do my best.....
That is a pretty nice design. I could probably make my cinder block book shelf and my futon look real nice in a place like that.
Robert:
You mean you don't have the phone company "cable spool" coffee table?
Andrew, great pics! I like the full size...I think it really makes a difference to have them this big and understand the space...good job..how much you pay for staging? LOL...
With smiles,
Bo
Nice Andrew, I thought I recognized the home. some nice features. You do a good job.
Larry:
Yeah, it's up in Stonebridge in Summerfield. Nice area. Thanks for the compliment.
Andrew - Great pictures! We have lots of them in my area, about 7,000 to 8,000 square ft. The locals call them McMansions.
One thing for sure ~ It would look SO much better staged! Kind of leaves you cold as it is now ...
Andrew, you sure take amazing photos of houses. And I sure hope you have a stager or two in your area that you are referring to the Realtors! If not, I'd be willing to fly in from the Northwest for this one! :) Maureen, are you coming with me?
Rosalinda:
Was Toll Brothers the builders of the McMansions? They may be "McBroke" pretty soon....=P
Maureen:
The home was actually furnished last year for a furniture company's photo shoot, I wish the items were still in the home to warm it up like you suggested.
Peg:
I have a TON of old clients and friends in Seattle from my Maui days...I'm hoping to get the family out there some time, maybe make it a "working vacation" and get some homes to shoot. By the way, if you ever plan on going to Maui, my wife owns Maui Travel Services.
Andrew ~ Great pics! What a beautiful house, and yes, I would like to get my hands on it! Each room I looked at I had some idea of what I would put in there. Thanks for the teaser - now I have to watch the show! : )
It's a beautiful home, inside and out. And your photography is outstanding.
Kathy
I'd like to get my hands on the room with the pseudo-stained/washed walls. My pet peeve is seeing a beautiful house with poorly done finishes. That room alone could kill the sale. Regards-Kathleen G
Beautiful home. I can't stop drooling.......sorry! Let me wipe that up! :)
Not at all my personal style but a very beautiful home. I took the full "tour" via your link and I really like the close up shots that show some of the detail in craftsmanship. I hope they stage it before listing !
Thanks to the great photography and the architectural details, staging that house would be the icing on the cake.
Great photos!
