I haven't blogged in over a week. I have been quite busy. You know the good kind of busy. Saturday was spent driving a couple from Indiana around New Orleans. I got this referral from an active rain agent last month. The husband has been offered the Dean of Music at Loyola University. I really enjoyed their company.
Monday I was on the phone for a few hours with a latter-Blum commercial agent finalizing a deal that was started a year ago. I had no idea it would take this long. First the permits weren't issued and then the lawyers got involved. Both of these companies are on the NYSE, so they have their own legal teams. This deal should finally be done this week or early next week. But< I ain't holding my breath.
Today I had three showings on one of my listings. I sure hope this continues. Oh yea I forgot about last Friday. I met with a couple not really in my area. I referred them to an active rain member closer to them.
Well gotta go get some sleep, take care.
