 Is Manvel going to be the next Pearland ?

 

Location wise, Manvel is still very close to downtown Houston via a direct drive up hwy 288. Manvel at this point in time is very undeveloped. The Manvel Economic Development Corporation and the City Of Manvel see a very bright future for the Manvel area.

The major development area is at the intersection of hwy 288 and hwy 6. A shopping mall is planned for the NW corner of 288 and 6. The NE corner is a master planned community owned by Diversified Real Estate of Las Vegas. The Presidio will consist of 30 acres of multi family, 150 acres of single family, 10 acres for hotels, 20 acres for restaurants, and 20 acres for a town center.

Rodeo Palms is located just south of Pearland on the West Side of 288 and includes 600 acres of new homes with fantastic lake front views, full feature club house, recreation center, and everything else you expect from a master planned community. Featured home builders include Perry Homes, Legend Home, Pioneer, and Meritage homes.

Just south of Pearland and North of Rodeo Palms are the Mustang Creek and Sedona lakes Manvel EJT subdivisions coming soon!

So will Manvel be the next Pearland in regards to growth? Now is the time to consider buying a home or land in Manvel. Currently, new homes are being built in Rodeo Palms, South Fork, and the lakes of Savannah. All of these areas are selling their homes much cheaper than most areas.
