The Gift of Validation

I saw this video for the first time this morning. I just had to watch it again with my wife. The second time through, I discovered it was made a few years ago. So maybe you've seen it already. If not, I HIGHLY recommend it! (It's just under 17 minutes long.)

We all need validation. And it's free to give to others.

He's working on revising his blog right now, but I understand Michael Hyatt has a posting on the gift of Validation that relates.

this is a great video, btw, I love this actor..he is in the show "Bones"
