What's the story? Well it is the demand in the area. There is a demand for homes in the Avon and surrounding areas of Avon Lake, Bay Village and North Ridgeville. People have asked me how long this demand will last. I think it will last for the Spring season. That is the best I can say now. We have a new president and congress and we can only predict that the planned stimulus packages will stimulate excitement and buying.
