Anybody else go brain dead?

So it's mid morning and you have a showing. Breakfast was three hours ago and it's too early for lunch. There are five homes on the show list, and it will be at least a couple hours before you get back to the office. If your like me you will probably crash at around house # 2. It seams to me like the more I have to use my brain, like we all do when showing property, the quicker I use up my energy and basically go "brain dead." Not too far to go for me, I understand, but this is not very much fun and hard to handle some times. By this point you either already know what I mean or you have hit the delete button so I will move on to what I suggest.

I have found it very wise for me to take a small bottle of orange juice along and some beef jerky. I can drink the OJ in between homes and gobble jerky if I need to. Not that big a deal, I know, but if it helps someone else along the way than it was worth writing about. I would love to hear what you do in these cases.

You can also try a snack bar, no peanut butter, and 5 hour energy.  Just don't be surprised when you talk to you clients at a high rate of speed and about the kitchen sink for 20 minutes. There is a lot of caffeine in there.
