I have a loan with Countrywide wherein they would not talk to me regarding any modifications because I was not late even though I new I was going to be in trouble for the next payment. I have hired attorneys and five months later, and five months late, Countrywide has not appointed a negotiator for the loan.
I have a notice of default. Foreclosure who knows. Any information to get the lender respond would greatly be appreciated.
