I will keep this short- someone somewhere might find this interesting.

I guess this is mostly a helpful hint for Realtors who live in the cold winter climates.

Several years at our office we staged First Day of Spring or First Day of Summer Parties at our office.

We provided big trays of veggies and dip and fruit and dip, had contests, invited bankers, lawyers and other Realtors and even had a little golf putting green set up.  We put out balloons and all the rest and for the spring parties I bought bright yellow daisies for all the Realtor's desks.  Just something to give everyone a little boost and HOPE that another great year of sales was around the corner.  Try it, it is fun!
