Hilton Head is still a great place. Home inventory not as abundant as Bluffton thanks to its sustainable demand. However, once in a while there are great buys. My company has sold numerous homes on Hilton Head the past couple of months that were screaming deals. I am soooo happy for our buyers! Some where even in Hilton Head Plantation, close t0 Dolphin Head which many say is the next best thing to direct beach access.
