I had been a long time member of MAREMA, joining in the late 1970's. Thanks to your organization I learned the language of creative real estate from some of the masters of that era; Jimmie Napier, Jack Miller, Charles Huggins, Sam Tuttle and many more.
I learned about the power of the Tax Deferred 1031 Real Estate Exchange, how to be creative with mortgage notes, take backs, walking the mortgage, absolute leverage, controlling real estate, counseling, buyer brokering and so much more.
MAREMA was my baptismal of the riches creative real estate education can provide.
MAREMA, is a professional commercial real estate organization; an incubator that changes the direction of real estate professionals.
I am excited and honored to be invited back to the place of my begging real estate roots. I believe that without the influence of the many members of MAREMA, I would not have achieved so much in this industry.
