As of May 4, 2006 31% of available listings are in escrow, which some sources say indicates a Neutral Market.  I, however, am calling it a Seller's Market.

For the month of April 2007 5 homes sold in Greenbrae, for an average sales price of $1,020,800--higher than the average original asking price.

The average original asking price was $1,013,580.

These homes took an average of 86 days to sell.

Of the 5 homes that sold, 1 sold AT the original asking price and 2 sold OVER.
