We have a favorite restaurant in Downtown Medford where we know we will experience some unique and amazing flavors not only in their delicious Tapas, but in their drinks.

We have, frequently, and are headed back that way Monday February 9^th to enjoy their Paella Party! This will be the first Element's Paella Party we've attended, and we're really looking forward to it. We're a little troubled, though... which of our favorite Southern Oregon wines will we bring with us?
