On networking.... I've talked about the Cyberprofessionals here before.
The Cyberprofessionals are a networking group with a history of over 11 years. They Cyberprofessionals got their start in the summer of 1995. They met chatting on the old RE/MAX Compuserve forum and had an idea, meet in person and share ideas. Only 9 agents attended that first meeting in Stamford, CT and they arrived by car, plane and train. Each of the attendees presented a topic and the idea of presenting "15 minutes of fame" was born. In Stamford, and the meetings that followed, the group continued to share ideas, some very high tech and others high touch. The group, numbering over 50, no longer just RE/MAX agents, meets twice a year in locations across the country.
We had our 23rd meeting this week in Albuquerque. You'll find the rest of their history and membership information on the Cyberprofessionals Website. Several Rainers are members of the group.
On flat Jonathan.... Since Kristal was sitting across from me at the meeting, I had a direct view of the boy. He was rather well behaved during the meeting but I understand showed his wild side afterwards. Kristal has the details in her own blog posts. We did give Flat Jonathan an honorary membership into the Cyberprofessionals. Our next meeting is in Las Vegas in November but I'm not sure we can trust Flat Jonathan with all those show girls, tigers and casinos.
On signs....I've never been to Albuquerque before but it had some great photo opportunities. And it also appears that the people of Albuquerque show their sense of humor in the form of signs. The first photo is from The Range Cafe in Bernalillo, New Mexico. The second is at our hotel. Needless to say, I didn't play the piano. And the last is the photo of a sweet lady leaving the casino. She seemed quite pleased and giggly about her sign and was more than accommodating when I asked her to pose for me.

Sounds like a great group Linda and already heard about the fun times from Kristal - that sign on the piano is hilarious!
