As Realtors lets all hope that the change the Senete agreed on changing the proposed $7,500 tax credit for just first timers to $15,000 for anybody buying a home, new or pre-owned, passes the House as well. They also eliminated the requirement that it would have to be paid back in the future when the house resold again. If you have the time take a minute to e mail your Representative in the Congress and encourage them to pass at least that provision.
