The one thing that I miss the most about California, is that all of the eating places are rated, and have their rating on the outside of the restaurant so everyone can see, because if they do not post it then they will be in trouble from the health department.

I just found out that here in Plano, the restaurants are graded also, although the grade is not posted on the outside of the establishment, it is posted on the City of Plano website.

My personal favorites are Chicken Express and Boston Market. I haven't been but am looking forward to visiting Crepes for U on Legacy and Joe's Crab Shack.

Karen - I agree with Karen Otto - sometimes not knowing is better for me. But, then again, knowing who to avoid so I don't end up with food poisoning is a good thing too. Oh, the catch 22 of it all! Thanks for the post!
