Congress May Pass New Tax Incetives For Home Ownership

The US Congress is now in conference to work out a final Stimulus Bill. In the bill will probably some additional tax incentives for home buyers. Currently the Senate has included a $15,000 tax credit to all owner occupant home buyers. The credit, unlike the first time home buyer credit (previously posted in seperate blog) this credit in it's current form will not have a pay back feature. As Washington goes, nothing is certain until it becomes law. I will keep you updated. You can always email me if you have questions or need anything.
