Today it was near 60 and the ice has mostly disappeared. We were safe and snug in our home even without power but many others suffered greatly.
I am thankful I brought the old faithful Stihl chain saw. Once again it did its magic relieve more than a few trees of their broken branches.
As it began to thaw a day or two ago I began to wonder if the warmer weather would possibly bring buyer back to look at home.
If you are a potential home buyer would you please answer some questions for me. Think about this in terms of a scale from 1 to 10. A one is simply saying no, you would not do it whatsoever. 1. If you could get a 5 percent loan without paying points you would buy in the next 6 months.
2. If you could get a 4 percent loan without paying points you would buy in the next 6 months.
3. If prices stay the same for the next six months you wiill buy a home if you can get a good interest rate.
4. You will not buy no matter what. Dealing with banks right now is just too stresfullp .
5. I am not going to buy right now because of my job situation. Things are too much undecided.
6. I would buy now if I could find an agent that would give me undivided attention.
