Broker Bryant's New Buyer Lead Generation Project

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Tutas Towne Realty, Inc and Garden Views Realty, LLC BK607690

Hi there fellow Rainers, here’s my Growth Leader update. Hey wait a minute…I wasn’t invited to test out Growth Leader. That’s OK. Let me just change the name of my update to…...Broker Bryant’s New Buyer Lead Generation Project.

I’ve been reading all of the reports about Growth Leader so thought I would give you something to compare it to. First, I do not use PPC (pay per click). Secondly, I don’t have any exclusive zip codes and I don’t have a fancy landing page.

What I do have are three very strategically placed property ads on the Internet. I started this program on December the 27th.

Since then I have:

  • Received 342 Buyer enquiries of which 136 have registered for and are receiving auto property updates.

  • I have active communications going with 30 of them. By active I mean multiple contacts about specific properties.

  • I have presented 7 offers of which 4 have been accepted and are closing this month. All are cash deals.

  • One Buyer I actually met and only two have I ever spoken with. All others are strictly by email.

My goal is to sell 2-4 properties a week without ever getting out of my jammies!!!

Not bad for a guy that 6 months ago didn’t work with Buyers! So let me know how that Growth Leader thingie works out for you!!!

If you are a REALTOR® in Central Florida and are ready to step into the World of Internet Real Estate business PLEASE give me a call. OK that’s it for now.

BB~OK, so it's time for me to come to your neck of the woods to check on TLW and to tie you down and tickle torture you so that you'll share more with me about your ads. I'd love to get the results you are.

Good morning everyone!!! OK so I have quite a few people asking me where my ads are that draw in this amount of business. Are you ready............I ain't telling!!

Over a period of more than 2 years of writing on AR I have shared just about everything I do to get business and how I handle my business. But this one I'm going to keep to myself for the time being because I don't want my competitors (who I know read my blog) using my info against me.

But I will give you this. It's not so much where I am advertising as it is HOW you are advertising.

  1. Does your advertising line up with the realities of your market?
  2. Do you know who is buying and selling real estate in your area?
  3. Do you know where to find them and what their hot buttons are?

Figure out the answers to these 3 simply questions and you will know where, when and how to attract business. You won't need me to tell you because what works for me may not work for you.

Totally understand why you're not telling! Thanks for the questions as clues and it seems you hit the sweet spot on all 3 of them to be getting the response you're getting. Thanks for the questions!

BB- Even though I wouldn't expect you to share what's working so well for you on your blog, I was still hoping;-)  I am curious as to what your follow up looks like after the prospect makes the first contact?  Or are you simply responding to questions?  The suspense is killin' me, lol!

BB, funny stuff. It sounds EXACTLY like the Internet lead generators that telemarket me. I don't talk to them anymore.

BB, OK. After reading all of these comments now I'm going to have to watch the video. Hmmm Tye-dyed. Now about your 'spilling the beans' I don't blame you one bit. You are in a declining housing market with lots of cheaply priced inventory. Lets not forget how much foreign buyers love sand and surf! Of course you have zillions of foreign buyers. Makes sense to me. Have fun!

You know what Bryant? Good for you for NOT telling all...I believe it helping others help themselves, be we are in a lead generating business. We can't always tell all and sometimes when we're basking in our AR love, that can get lost. I'll share techniques and tips all day long, but not my all of my "secrets" :-)

Bryant, no I am not a Realtor in Central Florida, but am still ready to step into the World of Internet Real Estate.  I haven't quite figured out the answer to your three questions yet.  I would imagine if it was that easy, everyone would have the answer, and everyone would be a highly successful agent.  I know that isn't true because I believe there are probably more agents getting out of the business than getting in right now.
