Minimum Requirements for the ALL-New CDRS Certification:

Note: Other requirements may be necessary depending on the membership type.

• Completion of America's Home Rescue Online Virtual Training Course (Transaction ID from Email Receipt required for CDRS™ Application), OR Applicant has attended a LIVE Short Sale Solutions Course, no later than July 1, 2008.
• Completion of CDRS™ Online Application * Membership in the AHR Online Q&A Forum (FREE)
• Completion of the Annual Refresher/Policy Updates Online Course by AHR
• Active REALTOR® License, or Escrow/Closing Officer
