We had 1 Closed Sale, 3 Pending Sales and 44 Active Listings. The median price for closes sales was $437,500. The median price for Pending Sales was $259,500 and the median price for Active Listings was $431,700 The Active Listings range in List Price from $186,900 to $1,980,800. The Overall Days On Maret average out to be 157 DOM and the average per square foot list price is $215.11 and per sqare foot sold price is $152.39.
