There is always so much going on around here. Between running our daughter to dance, Girl Scouts, trying to keep the house kinda clean, taking care of the pets, running by to visit mom, and most of all work!  The business has picked up dramatically. Tim and I have had a good amount of referrals from friends and other clients lately. I love it, but it can be over whelming at times.  I know many days can go by and I am so busy being busy that I forget how lucky I am.  Today was spent taking a client from Maryland out for the day to view homes.  The young lady flew in w/her mom.  Her Fiance is still in Iraq, he will be home in a few weeks.  We found a couple potential homes and will soon be formalizing an offer. She was such a sweet young lady and so excited about her future here in Clarksville.

Once we finished the home tour, I decided to take her and her mother on a tour of Clarksville. I realized while telling her about the community and all we have to offer in Clarksville, how great our city is. Some times we do not realize that.  I am so blessed to be in a town that offers so much.  I enjoy my daughter and her dance school, the Middle school she attends, all the kids activities we have here in Clarksville.  I love that we have a local YMCA where I get to work out with my friends.  I love our historical down town and the cute shops and great places you can meet up with your friends for a meal and some fun.

We have Dunbar cave and some very nice parks for ur kids and family to enjoy, I love we have our own scrapbook stores,a pottery barn to make your own pottery and shops that teach you to sew! I love the awesome River walk we now enjoy and all the entertainment that we have there.  I love that we have our own Winery in Clarksville. We have the Fairgrounds and beautiful landscape in this town. There is a fantastic Mall and more places to eat than I can mention. We have the honor of seeing our local Military Soldiers, who I am so proud of and am happy to have been a part of for many years.  We can hop on the interstate and be in Nashville in just minutes to see a concert, have more places to eat go to big shows. We can stay here and go to a local live play at the Roxy Theater and kids can even learn theater at the Roxy's summer camp program!

There is so much I have not mentioned.  I guess sometimes it takes a day with someone from out of town to appreciate this town we live in. My client loved the area and commented many times on how much she loved the farmland surrounding the community and our beautiful town. I was pretty proud!

Tim: Clarksville is a great place to live. I have been here since 1992 when I returned from Germany.

Hi Tim - I have visited your town about 10 years ago and I agree, it is very lovely...as is Tennessee overall...a state blessed with much natural beauty.
