So, to answer the question 'Who Is Selling?' Our market has been slow for quite a while now. The only properties coming on the market are estate sales or residents that need to move for one reason or another; i.e., new marriage, new baby, new job, etc. This is still true. We only have nine active listings in our MLS system right now ranging in price from $195,000 to $369,000 comprising of one and two bedroom, first floor (some with patios) and second floor apartments. There are 525 apartments in Interlaken Gardens.
